Cancel Policy
Refund Policy
If a guest requests a refund due to personal reasons after paying the deposit or full amount, the refund will be processed based on the following cancellation timeline and refund percentage. A one-time handling fee of NT$50 will be deducted from the refunded amount.
■ For bookings with a deposit, refunds will be handled as follows:
- If the cancellation notice is received 14 days or more before the check-in date, 100% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation notice is received 10 to 13 days before the check-in date, 70% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation notice is received 7 to 9 days before the check-in date, 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation notice is received 4 to 6 days before the check-in date, 40% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation notice is received 2 to 3 days before the check-in date, 30% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation notice is received 1 day before the check-in date, 20% of the deposit will be refunded.
- If the cancellation notice is received on the check-in day or not provided at all, no refund will be given.
